TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Our merchandise is sold only with the affirmation by the purchasers that, in reselling or using fireworks, they will obey all pertinent laws - Federal, State, County, City, and Municipality - in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable at the point of destination.
2. Please note that all merchandise is sold upon condition that Thunderdog Fireworks shall not be liable in any civil action for any arrest, accident, or injury occasioned during the transportation, handling, storage, sale, or use of merchandise.
3. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. ALL MERCHANDISE SOLD IN THIS CATALOG IS CLASS "C" 1.4 g MERCHANDISE & REGULATED BY THE C.P.SC.
5. Most items are in stock. However, some popular items may run out of stock as we get closer to the July 4th holiday.
6. Pennsylvania residents must have a signed local or federal permit to purchase fireworks. Please contact us for permit information or follow the permit instructions on this site.
7. Some items in this catalog may be discontinued without notice, due to Consumer Products Safety Commission rulings
8. Purchaser assumes all risks and relieves Thunderdog Fireworks of any and all liabilities associated with the use of fireworks.
9. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO PURCHASE FIREWORKS. A SIGNATURE VERIFYING THIS IS REQUIRED ON OUR ORDER FORM.
10. IT'S THE LAW: NO CHILDREN under the age of SIX are allowed to handle sparklers!
11. No personal checks. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card only.
